Project Overview Alleviaâ„¢ is a mobile-optimized and cloud-based application that plugs right into your current EHR and patient portal. As soon as an appointment is scheduled within the EHR, patients receive a text message, email, and/or portal notification asking them to fill out your clinic's "Pre-appointment Questionnaire." When patients engage with Alleviaâ„¢ using any device, they are greeted by a fully touch-based, easy-to-navigate user interface. Patients can expect a typical encounter ranging from 5 to 10 minutes.
